- **Level A — Briefable:** authority, customer, mandate, jurisdiction, intelligence requirement, known facts, assumptions, roles, extraction, and debrief product are present.
- **Level B — Playable:** player interactions, collection, access, sources, compromise indicators, abort conditions, and role responsibilities are explicit.
- **Level C — Auditable:** provenance, reason codes, evidence thresholds, custody, event time, review state, and recovery behavior are inspectable.
- **Level D — Simulatable:** deterministic states, transitions, choices, evidence events, failure paths, extraction outcomes, and debrief outputs are represented.

Current WIP hardening additionally publishes canonical JSON vectors, round-trip evidence, integrity bundles, provenance envelopes, handoff contracts, recovery records, review ledgers, compatibility evidence, accessibility evidence, and stable-promotion gates.
