# Conformance and Validator Boundaries

## What conformance means

Conformance means the current structural mission contract is present. It does not certify factual truth, legal compliance, real-world intelligence validity, security, safety, accessibility, balance, production quality, or player enjoyment.

## Status meanings

- `Current` — current normative baseline.
- `Guidance` — published recommended practice.
- `Experimental` — trial surface, not broad support.
- `Deprecated` — transition only.
- `Withdrawn` — historical record, excluded from current conformance.

## Release gates

A support claim becomes current only when human records, machine assets, validator or test evidence, UAI memory, and the dated changelog agree.

## Non-claims

- No formal certification program exists today.
- No runtime protocol or engine implementation is certified.
- No real-world operational practice is endorsed.
- No authority, nationality, faction, or political objective receives canonical moral status.
