# Country Context Reviewer Submission Readiness Workspace

## Current Publication Contract

- `/country-context/reviews/workspace` is a browser-local, privacy-preserving readiness tool using eight synthetic, non-evidentiary fixtures only.
- It preserves original import bytes and unknown extensions, quarantines invalid or unsupported records unchanged, and offers explicit original downloads.
- Private reviewer identity, contact, eligibility, language, conflict, and verification data is separate from public candidates.
- Nine consent choices remain separate: participation, quotation, paraphrase, attribution, private retention, anonymization, publication, withdrawal contact, and deletion-request handling.
- Disclosure previews fail closed; public candidates and adjudication handoffs do not imply publication approval or an accountable adjudicator.
- Corrections, supersession, withdrawal, deletion requests, appeals, and consent changes remain append-only.
- There are zero real reviewer submissions and zero completed adjudications.

## Consent-Language Evaluation Extension

The separate [consent-language and disclosure-comprehension lab](country-context-consent-evaluation.uai#current-publication-contract) evaluates wording, synthetic comprehension tasks, translation provenance, disclosure states, and lifecycle explanations without modifying the preserved 2.0.27 workspace records. Both layers remain browser-local, synthetic, non-evidentiary, and publication-blocked.

## Safety and truth boundary

Synthetic fixtures, structural validation, local export, model comparison, and source routing do not establish independent human review, locally informed consultation, consent, representative public opinion, factual correctness, legal validity, political neutrality, or approval for publication. Never infer reviewer identity, expertise, relationship, language competence, conflicts, consent, or adjudication.
