# International Intelligence-Cycle Gameplay

Translate direction, tasking, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, feedback, counterintelligence, review, and correction into safe fictional systems. Institutional variation appears through mandate, law, oversight, resources, coordination, information access, customer relationships, releasability, and consequences—not national stat bonuses or moral typing.

Keep tradecraft at systems-design abstraction. Do not convert institutional research into actionable real-world intrusion, surveillance abuse, coercion, violence, target selection, or evasion guidance.
