# Operation Packages

## Purpose

Define the portable, inspectable bundle that carries a fictional intelligence operation through design, evidence, simulation, integrity, merge, replay, review, debrief, migration, and publication.

## Current Doctrine

- The current package format is `/operation-package.schema.json`.
- Each package carries release metadata, mission, authority, roles, information asymmetry, evidence, simulation, seed, transitions, handoffs, debrief contract, conformance, standards, report links, migration metadata, component checksums, manifest, and extensions.
- Published fixtures are `/operation-packages/hollow-signal.operation.json` and `/operation-packages/ceasefire-verification.operation.json`.
- Offline integrity reports are generated through `/integrity`; merge records through `/merge`.
- Unknown fields stay at their original path or explicit extension/unmapped areas and are never silently erased.
- Package data remains browser-local until explicit export.
- A manually launched five-step walkthrough points to fixture/import controls, component navigation, the active editor, findings, and downstream review routes. It never loads, imports, changes, saves, exports, or transmits a package.
