## Current Publication Contract

- **Verified:** six supplied Markdown reports are preserved individually under `docs/source-files/world-systems-governance-and-resilience/` and map one-to-one to six canonical reviewed reports under `docs/long-term-memory/reports/`.
- **Verified:** `world-systems-research-review-register.json` contains 36 unique publication dispositions. The reviewed synthesis in each canonical report—not the preserved archival prose—is current reuse guidance.
- **Verified:** `/world-systems` publishes six linked lenses: practical authority, domestic alignment, regional organizations and small-state agency, strategic dependencies, intelligence evidence and oversight, and crisis cascades and recovery.
- **Verified:** the public sequence is `archival context → authority → domestic coalitions → regional institutions → dependencies → evidence → conditional cascades → bounded fictional translation`.
- **Decision:** no lens creates a country, institution, alliance, dependency, legitimacy, resilience, threat, morality, loyalty, dangerousness, recruitability, or targetability score.

## Maintenance Rules

1. Preserve all six source files and their original hashes.
2. Keep canonical report bodies under `docs/long-term-memory/reports/`.
3. Update public synthesis from reviewed sections only; do not silently promote archival prose.
4. Record every current factual claim with source identity, publication and access dates, language, geographic or institutional scope, confidence, and correction state.
5. Apply equal evidence, adjective, rights, oversight, remedy, uncertainty, and affected-community standards across countries and institutions.
6. Keep formal authority, practical authority, implementation, legitimacy, dependency, evidence confidence, and modeled consequence as distinct fields.
7. Preserve unknown or disputed states; do not force a score or binary alignment.
8. Run source, schema, report-template, memory-link, anchor, shell, accessibility, discoverability, package, and fresh-extraction validation after every update.
