Scenario method
The console is an event-sourced scenario,
not a geopolitical forecast.
Each turn records a conditional change from an explicit fictional baseline.
The useful result is not a single “correct future.” It is an explainable chain of assumptions, evidence, consultation, dissent, affected-community consequences, correction triggers, and reversible relationship versions.
