This release renames the detonation-only framing to a Civilian Nuclear Events Archive and adds the uploaded civilian nuclear history workbook to a coordinate-based historical replay, map data file, source register, and bounded public method.

What changed about the nuclear archive?

The public wording now uses Civilian Nuclear Events Archive instead of detonation-only language. The archive includes uploaded non-bomb records for reactors, sites, lifecycle events, recent changes, accidents and incidents, scientific milestones, research reactors, fuel-cycle facilities, waste, storage, disposal, and remediation. It is a static historical and infrastructural map/replay dataset, not a live regulatory feed or weapons-effects simulator.

Workbook integration

A broader static index
beside official live totals.

The uploaded dashboard records current IAEA PRIS totals separately from the broader static workbook so differences between a live official database and a historical index remain visible. All rows are preserved in the archive JSON; coordinate-bearing rows are also plotted in the local map JSON. The site preserves that distinction rather than pretending to be a live PRIS mirror.

Approximate years, month-only dates, facility centroids, disputed status values, and incomplete public reporting are retained with precision, confidence, source, and uncertainty fields so scenario designers can treat a facility centroid differently from an exact reactor coordinate or event date.

The archive supports source custody, historical orientation, and safe scenario literacy. It rejects operational nuclear harm modeling.

This is a historical and infrastructural archive, not a live nuclear regulatory database.

Approximate dates and facility-centroid coordinates are retained with precision and uncertainty fields.

Official PRIS totals are shown as workbook metadata, not as a live synchronized query.

INES and accident terminology are used for safety communication and event classification, not for ranking places or populations.

No weapons-effect equations, blast or fallout calculators, casualty estimates, targeting recommendations, or operational nuclear instructions are published.
