“Corroborated” means that a renewed public-source check still supported the bounded statement. It does not mean independent endorsement, exhaustive local representation, consultation, consent, geopolitical neutrality, or publication approval.

Three statements require append-only correction before reuse: the official spelling of Senegal’s Prime Minister, the distinction between PASTEF’s stated non-participation and reported cabinet affiliations, and Kiribati building-code wording that overstated an affordability objective. Fourteen other statements retain explicit qualifications. The original proposals and sources remain addressable and unchanged.
