Exact source-recheck cutoff 2026-07-23T20:01:27Z · WIP

Real review only.
Missing evidence stays missing.

Five reviewer-intake packets import the unanswered 2.0.23 questions without inventing identity, expertise, local relationship, language competence, conflicts, consent, permissions, claim responses, or adjudication.

Separately, thirty volatile claims were re-opened against current public sources—six per jurisdiction and one under each World Systems lens. Source support is not human endorsement.

Direct answer

What changed in 2.0.25?

The repository now has machine-readable consent, reviewer-evidence, intake, source-verification, adjudication, correction, supersession, and publication-state records. Every imported reviewer field remains unanswered. One later election-authority report supersedes Trinidad and Tobago’s preliminary-status qualifier while preserving the preliminary record as history.

Public state vocabulary

Status is evidence.
Not a badge.

The interface distinguishes unanswered, submitted, verified-source, adjudicated, withdrawn, superseded, confidential, and publishable states without exposing sensitive reviewer data.

01

Unanswered

No reviewer-owned response exists. Required fields remain null and publication fails closed.

Current batch
02

Submitted / verified-source

A supplied record may exist while identity, permission, evidence, or cited-source checks remain incomplete.

No records
03

Adjudicated

An accountable editor records a decision, rationale, evidence considered, publication effect, and appeal route.

Not performed
04

Confidential / publishable

Confidential evidence stays non-public. Publishable applies only within explicit consent, safety, and adjudication boundaries.

No records

Six claims each.
Twelve review slots each.

Different source dispositions reflect located evidence, not importance, virtue, threat, development, legitimacy, stability, alignment, or moral standing.

Blocked until real evidence arrives.

  • Independent editorial adjudication with rationale and appeal route.
  • Renewed source check if the cutoff has expired.
